Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Hang & Co. LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates hangandco.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us about our services. It does not describe the practices of separate websites we build for clients.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us by email, phone, or an available contact form, we receive the information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name or industry, website address, service area, and project details. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry.

Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring URLs, timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website.

2. How we use information

Providing a phone number in an inquiry does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts.

3. Service providers and disclosure

We use providers for website hosting, email, and contact-form processing. They may receive information needed to provide those services. When a Netlify contact form is available on this website, Netlify processes and stores the submission and may deliver a notification to our business email. If you use an email link, your email service and our email provider process the message.

The website loads its typography through Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google to retrieve font files, which disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its practices.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of our services.

4. Cookies and tracking

The current website does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts, and our website code does not set tracking cookies. Hosting and other service providers may process technical information to deliver their services and protect against abuse.

We do not use this website to track your activity across unrelated websites for advertising. The website does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. You can manage cookies and similar storage through your browser settings. We will update this policy if our use of tracking technologies changes.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, provide services, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the information, whether you become a client, and any legal or dispute-related retention needs. Service providers may also retain logs or backups under their own retention practices.

No website, email system, or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in ordinary inquiries, and contact us if you believe information you sent has been compromised.

6. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to provide personal information, although this may limit our ability to respond or provide services. To ask about information you have shared, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up communications, email [email protected].

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We will review requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, ongoing services, or disputes.

7. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.

8. External services and international visitors

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control their handling of information. Our business is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it as required.
